Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts for Valla Monthly or Home+. You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time with one click in the app. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
What's your refund policy?
If you are unhappy with the service, contact us within 24 hours. We will refund the service cost immediately. If you prepaid for a subscription, the unused portion will be credited to your account.
Are tips included in the price?
Tips are always optional and appreciated. For Valla Home+ subscribers, we include a tip in the monthly fee for your convenience.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for free. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a small fee to compensate the pro for their time.
